RV Parking

RV PARKING 
W.A. Tarrow Park offers RV owners an accessible way to enjoy College Station and a place to call home during designated weekends. Campers will be able to enjoy convenient access to shopping, dining and Texas A&M University.

Indoor Facilities

LICK CREEK NATURE CENTER
This facility is the focal point within the 515-acre Lick Creek Park, the region's premiere nature preserve. This 2,400 square-foot facility includes a meeting room, outdoor classroom, amphitheater, native plant displays and a monarch butterfly garden

LINCOLN RECREATION CENTER
This facility has two gymnasiums, game room, fitness room, multipurpose rooms and a nearby splash pad and 13,000 square foot covered pavilion.

MEYER SENIOR & COMMUNITY CENTER
This 5,600 sq. ft. facility offers four multi-purpose rooms, a cafe style entrance with Wi-Fi, and is a comfortable setting for classes, dances or visiting with friends. 

This facility has meeting rooms, computers, a kitchen, ice machine, tables, a nearby pool, athletic complex and skate park!

WOLF PEN CREEK GREEN ROOM
This facility features a balcony overlooking Wolf Pen Creek, space for formal catering preparations, a full-size refrigerator and an ice machine.

Outdoor Facilities

ATHLETIC FIELDS
We currently have nine baseball, 12 softball and 17 athletic fields available for reservation

PAVILIONS
Pavilions can accommodate 40 to 500 people and reservations are for the entire day. Each has barbecue pits, water, lights and electrical outlets.

POOLS
Two-hour reservations are available at Adamson Lagoon and Cindy Hallaran pools.

VETERANS PARKS & ATHLETIC COMPLEX
This premier athletic facility has 11 athletic fields, 5 softball fields and pavilion.

WOLF PEN CREEK AMPHITHEATER
Host a company picnic, fundraiser or concert in a beautiful, natural setting. Accommodates up to 7,500 people or groups as small as 300.

Rental Information

FACILITY RENTALS
Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be held without proper documentation and fees. Reservations can be made by calling 979.764.3486 or by visiting Stephen C. Beachy Central Park Office, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Cash, credit card or check accepted. Checks should be made payable to “City of College Station.” 

PAVILION RENTALS

Pavilions are rented per day. Reservations are all-day and on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded if facilities are left clean and free of damage. Reservations canceled within seven days prior to the rental date will incur a $20 cancellation fee. Pavilions may be used if they are not rented, but no access will be allowed to kitchens or restrooms.

FIELD & PAVILION RENTAL DEADLINES

Monday-Thursday rentals must be made no later than 12 p.m. one business day prior to the desired reservation date. Friday-Sunday rentals must be made no later than 3 p.m. on the Thursday prior to the desired reservation date.

DEPOSITS
A security deposit is required for rentals. Portions or all of the deposit will be forfeited if damage, extra maintenance, or extraordinary cleanup occurs as a result of rental. Deposits will be refunded on the following conditions: (1) terms of your rental have been met, (2) facilities are left in good condition, or (3) cancellation procedures have been followed.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Customers must cancel three days prior to the rental date to be eligible for a refund. If a cancellation is made fewer than three days prior to rental date, deposits will be forfeited. Refunds are processed within two weeks of request by check. No cash refunds will be issued. The Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater, Festival Site and Plaza require a 60 day cancellation notice to be eligible for a refund. Refer to the Wolf Pen Creek web page for additional information.
