The law requires that public information requests be made in writing. 

Users should download and complete the form in Adobe Acrobat Reader, save, and then submit it. Forms may be emailed, mailed, faxed or submitted in person to the City Secretary's Office.

Requests for public information are treated uniformly. Once the request is submitted, it will be reviewed to determine if the information is deemed public. If the information is public, the request will be processed. The city attorney determines if the requested information can be released. A response to the request will be issued within 10 business days.
