After a couple of years of bad weather and conflicts with other events in February, we have decided to move this year’s Senior Games to Sept. 25-27. We can’t guarantee perfect weather, but we can always try for a warmer time of year.
In the past, we typically had about 400 people register for the Senior Games, but poor weather often led to the cancellation of outdoor events, which means participants lose the opportunity to compete. By moving to the fall, we hope the roads are dry for cycling, the pits are puddle free for track and field, and the golfers and disc golfers won’t lose as many balls and discs.

The Senior Games offer multiple events for athletes of all skill levels. The $30 participation fee includes a shirt and the social, with additional fees charged for each sports event. Registration runs May 1-Sept. 14.
