The law requires that public information requests be made in writing. The following form is provided for your convenience and may be completed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. The completed form may be emailed or printed and mailed, faxed or submitted in person to the City Secretary's Office.

Users should download and complete thew form in Adobe Acrobat Reader, save, and then submit it.

Requests for public information are treated uniformly. Once the request is submitted, it will be reviewed to determine if the information is deemed public. If the information is public, the request will be processed. The city attorney determines if the requested information can be released. A response to the request will be issued within 10 business days. For more information on how the City Secretary's Office handles requests for public information, please visit the Attorney General of Texas website.
