The City of College Station provides all Solid Waste Services to the residents and businesses of College Station. Recycling is currently contracted to BVR Waste and Recycling for single-family residences.
Each residential customer receives the following services:
- Garbage: weekly
- Bulky & brush: weekly
- Recycling: bi-weekly
Observed Holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If one of the above holidays occurs on a scheduled collection day, solid waste services will collect the following day and operate a day late for the rest of the week until Saturday.
