COVID-19: What we are doing

OUTDOOR GATHERINGS OF MORE THAN 10 PERSONS APPLICATION

Gov. Abbott's Executive Order GA-28 and proclamation included a series of protocols related to public and private gatherings, including limits on occupancy. Until otherwise modified, amended, rescinded, or superseded by the governor, outdoor gatherings in excess of 10 people (excluding those listed in paragraphs 1, 2, and 4 of GA-28), occurring within the corporate limits of the City of College Station, must be pre-approved by the Mayor.

If you want to have an outdoor gathering with more than 10 people, you will need to file an application at least 5 business days prior to the planned gathering.
