Welsh Avenue closed near A&M Consolidated HS for crosswalk construction

Welsh Avenue is closed from Harvey Mitchell Parkway to Nueces Drive through early August for the construction of crosswalks at A&M Consolidated High School.

Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes.
