The City of College Station has a variety of facilities available for rent through the Parks & Recreation and Fire Departments.
PARKS & RECREATION RV PARKING
---> RV Parking:
W.A. Tarrow Park offers RV owners an accessible way to enjoy College Station and a place to call home during designated weekends. Campers will be able to enjoy convenient access to shopping, dining and Texas A&M University.
PARKS & RECREATION INDOOR FACILITIES
---> Lick Creek Nature Center
: This facility is the focal point within the 515-acre Lick Creek Park, the region’s premiere nature preserve. This 2,400 square-foot facility includes a meeting room, outdoor classroom, amphitheater, native plant displays and a monarch butterfly garden---> Lincoln Recreation Center:
This facility has several game rooms/multi-purpose rooms, community room, pavilion, gym, full kitchen and a nearby spray park.---> Southwood Community Center:
This facility has meeting rooms, computers, a kitchen, ice machine, tables, a nearby pool, athletic complex and skate park!---> Wolf Pen Creek Green Room:
This 2,500 sq. ft. facility features a balcony overlooking Wolf Pen Creek, space for formal catering preparations, a full-size refrigerator and an ice machine.
PARKS & RECREATION OUTDOOR FACILITIES

: We currently have nine baseball, 12 softball and 17 athletic fields available for reservation
: Pavilions can accommodate 40 to 500 people and reservations are for the entire day. Each has barbecue pits, water, lights and electrical outlets. ---> Pools:
Two-hour reservations are available at Adamson Lagoon, Cindy Hallaran and Thomas pools.
---> Veterans Park & Athletic Complex:
This premier athletic facility has 11 athletic fields, 5 softball fields and pavilion.---> Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater:
Host a company picnic, fundraiser or concert in a beautiful, natural setting. Accommodates up to 7,500 people or groups as small as 300.
PARKS FACILITY RENTALS
Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis. Facilities will not be held without proper documentation and deposit.
Pavilions may be used if they are not rented, but no access will be allowed to kitchens or restrooms. Reservations can be made by visiting the Stephen C. Beachy Central Park Office on weekdays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
FIELD & PAVILION RENTAL DEADLINES
Monday-Thursday rentals must be made no later than 12 p.m. one business day prior to the desired reservation date. Friday-Sunday rentals must be made no later than 3 p.m. on the Thursday prior to the desired reservation date.
A security deposit is required for rentals. Portions or all of the deposit will be forfeited if damage, extra maintenance, or extraordinary cleanup occurs as a result of rental. Deposits will be refunded on the following conditions:
(1) Terms of your rental have been met,
(2) Facilities are left in good condition, or
(3) Cancellation procedures have been followed.
(4) Need to return any and all necessary keys
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Customers must cancel three days prior to the rental date to be eligible for a refund. If a cancellation is made fewer than three days prior to rental date, deposits will be forfeited. Refunds are processed within two weeks of request by check. No cash refunds will be issued. For more information, call 979.764.3486.
