In addition to the informational tables below, detailed information on rates for all City utility services, including electric, sanitation, water and wastewater, can be found in the Code of Ordinances: Chapter 2 (Administration), Article V (Finance), Division 2 (Fees, Rates and Charges). Water and wastewater rates begin on page 36 of this link.

WATER RATES 

The increasing volumetric rate structure for water outlined below applies to residential single family customers only. Non-residential customers pay one of two rates based on indoor (domestic) or outdoor (irrigation) usage. 

The rates that will go into effect on 7/1/18 were adopted by City Council on 9/25/2017. Before that date, the rates effective through 6/30/18 apply.

College Station calculates bills for wastewater service based metered water usage. Where metered water usage data isn't available, for example customers served by a water provider other than the City of College Station, wastewater service is billed at a flat rate according to the table above, as established by City ordinance.
