For your convenience, the court has a drop box located left of our front entrance for any documents or non-cash payments.  In our lobby we accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, or credit cards.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL OR PUT CASH IN OUR DROP BOX.
To pay by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER ONLY) , call (979)764-EPAY or visit us on the web at epay.cstx.gov.  You must have your citation number or case number readily available for credit card processing.  
Make checks, money orders, and cashier's checks payable to: City of College Station.  Correspondence and payment of fines should be sent to the court by certified mail, or delivered in person.


NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN ISSUED CITATIONS:
Municipal Court cannot process your citation until the original citation has been received, and filed with the court, which usually takes one business day from the time the citation is issued. You must plea or appear within ten business days. If you fail to appear or plea within that time, a warrant is issued for your arrest for Failure to Appear. (All juveniles or recipients under 21 of any alcohol related offenses are required to plea before the Judge in open-court within 10 business days from the citation issue date and cannot plea by mail.) Once a warrant is activated, the College Station Police Department or any other law enforcement agency may arrest you.

Expect to pay full fines at time of entering your plea.
