The first Money Week Brazos Valley, a free educational program designed to help residents gain financial independence, will be April 14-20. Seminar topics will include basic budgeting, financial management, savings, investing, homebuyer education and retirement planning.

The week begins on Saturday, April 14 with Bank on Brazos Valley’s Financial Freedom Fair, which features free credit reports and financial counseling from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Center for Regional Services in Bryan. Kevin F. Roach, executive professor for Texas A&M’s Mays Business School, will be the keynote speaker.
