The College Station Fire Department Administration Offices are located in the College Station Municipal Court Building at 300 Krenek Tap Road. All visitors must contact the receptionist prior to entering the office area and will be referred to the appropriate staff member for assistance.

The main telephone number for Fire Administration is 979-764-3705 and is for non-emergency use only. To report an emergency call 911.

Fire Administration has several personnel who are responsible for the complete operational oversight and monitoring of department services. They are the front-line support to the community. These positions consist of the Fire Chief Jonathan McMahan, Assistant Chief Joe Warren, Division Chief - Logistics/Public Information Officer Greg Rodgers, Division Chief - Operations Tradd Mills, Fire Marshal Eric Dotson, Community Risk Reduction Specialist Christina Seidel, Business Service Specialist Marisia Dominguez, Assistant Buyer/Quartermaster Rebekah Charanza and Staff Assistant Natasha Williams
