Welcome to the Fiscal Services Department of the City of College Station.
Fiscal Services is responsible for fiscal management of the City's funds and includes the following divisions: Fiscal Administration and Treasury, Budget, Purchasing, Accounting, Municipal Court, and Utility Customer Service.
Mission Statement
The Fiscal Services Department provides effective and efficient financial management services to internal and external customers. We promote and support fiscal responsibility through education and training, asset protection, accurate record keeping and reporting, reduced risks, quality purchasing practices and sound cash management through short and long range budget, financial, and strategic planning.
