PAVILION RULES
1. Pavilion reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2. All rental fees and deposits must be paid at the time the reservation is made at the Parks and Recreation main office at Stephen C. Beachy Central Park. Office hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

3. Any special requests should be placed when you make your reservation. Some City Ordinances may prohibit approval of certain special requests, such as dunking booths or campfires. If you are expecting a crowd in excess of the seating capacity, please let us know so that special arrangements can be made.

4. If you rent a pavilion with restrooms or kitchen facilities, a check-in time for key pick-up and return will be set up.

5. Cancellations must be made no later than seven days prior to rental in order to receive a refund of fees. In the event of bad weather, if you choose to cancel, you will need to notify the Parks Office. At that time we can reschedule your rental or issue a refund.

6. Rental deposits are automatically refunded if the facility is left clean, undamaged, and the keys are returned. All refund checks are made payable to the person who paid the fees, and are mailed to the address given to us when the reservation is made. Refunds take approximately 10-12 business days to process.

7. There is a park curfew from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m., therefore the pavilion should be clean and you should be out of the park by 1 a.m.  The curfew at Oaks Park is 11 p.m. For additional information, see Park Rules.

8. The sale of any item in a city park requires a Vendor's Permit, which can be obtained at the time your reservation is made.

9. Alcohol may be consumed in city parks by adults 21 years of age and older. If alcohol is served, nothing can be sold without first obtaining a TABC license.

SHELTERS AND PICNIC UNITS
There are numerous picnic shelters located throughout the College Station parks system.  Picnic shelters are covered areas on a concrete slab. Most shelters have at least one picnic table and a trash receptacle, however, the Arboretum shelter located in bee Creek has benches only. Picnic units are located in almost all city parks. Picnic units are outdoor picnic tables with a barbecue grill, picnic table, and a trash receptacle.

Use of a picnic shelter or picnic unit is on a first-come, first-serve basis and they cannot be reserved.
