In an effort to assist you in the development process, The City of College Station provides you the opportunity to schedule a Pre-application Conference prior to the submittal of your construction documents. We provide this service to assist in mitigating any potential delays in reviewing your project. Please feel free to contact our staff with any questions regarding your development project prior to your submittal.
All building and development applications can be downloaded from our website. Our applications are forms that can be electronically filled in, saved, and printed so that you can prepare your application prior to submitting it to our office. Please be aware that our applications may change from time-to-time, so please always use the applications below when submitting a new project. Please note that use of out-of-date applications can result in the delay of plan review, approval and permitting. For subsequent submittals, please include the Planning & Development Services Transmittal Cover Letter with your revised plans or documents.
The 2012 and 2013 Deadlines and Meeting Schedules has been modified; we've changed deadlines to be every Wednesday at 10:00 AM for new projects. Once the application has been deemed complete, staff will initiate review of your project and notify you, if applicable, of the scheduled meeting date(s). In case of a Wednesday holiday, the deadline will be moved to the previous work day at 10:00 AM.
